SOCIAL CONTENT AND BRANDING

For the launch of Laphroaig's Elements whisky, they asked us to create a teaser post for their social channels.

Elements is a new addition to their portfolio and is a limited run, more experimental whisky. For the post (above) they wanted to dial up the precision, craft and expertise that goes into every bottle, while also teasing a new exciting product. I created this teaser based off the artwork that was on the bottle, and it’s animated in a craft inspired, sketching style that tells a story or craft and knowledge.

We wanted to push the brief further and show the client how this could be brought to life for long-form content (as intros / outros for their YouTube channel and distillery experience). So I created these scenes that integrated the sketched animation into the live action footage.

Below are just a few alternative versions of the animation we put in front of the client during testing.
